Book an Author Talk

Join Lucy Adlington for a moving and amusing costume-in-context presentation to complement the publication of Great War Fashion.

You will hear remarkable stories of women's lives and work in wartime, highlighted by a unique display of original uniform pieces, fashionable outfits and fascinating accessories.

The presentation lasts for around 1 1/4 hours, and the audience are invited to get a closer look at the display afterwards. Lucy is happy to speak for heritage sites, historical societies, museums, libraries, book shops and any other interested (indoor) venues.

A full list of author talks is given in the Author Talk Diary or you can contact Lucy to find out how to book.
